PICKUP LOCATIONS
Pickup is super easy. We deliver your product to your place of stay (hotel, guest house, residence, apartment, etc). Or you can pick up in any post office or any Portuguese international airport.
HOTEL
DELIVERY
We deliver in the hotel before you arrive. You can collect it upon check-in at the front desk.
PICKUP
POINT
Collect your order in any of the 2.000 Pickup points available in Portugal.
RESIDENCE
DELIVERY
The package will be delivered in hand to any Portuguese address.
LAST MINUTE
PICKUP
Pick up at one of our last minute pickup points on the same day.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
If you chose Wifi rent , you will receive the following package.
It includes:
– The hotspot ready to use;
– A battery charger with Portuguese power plugs;
– The hotspot WiFi password;
– A ready to return envelope to drop in any postbox;
HOW TO RETURN
PUT EVERYTHING IN THE RETURN PACKAGE WE PROVIDE.
Please double check that all the items are in our envelope.
DROP IT IN A POSTBOX
There are post offices in all airports. If you are staying at a hotel, you can also ask at the reception to return it.

TYPICAL PORTUGUESE POSTBOX
Portuguese postbox (mailbox) is normally red, with the “Correios” or “CTT” inscription.
You can find it in all International airports and around cities.
